is a good alternative to chalk. It lasts longer and holds better!
Comes in a small metal can with screw-on top.

Take your peg out, rough it up
a little with sandpaper. Then sprinkle some rosin in the palm of
your hand and rub the peg in it. For best results, install peg
without the string and turn a few times, then take it out and repeat
the application.

Liquid Sarode (Sarod) Peg Rosin
Liquid Rosin
is even easier to apply. It lasts longer and holds better than the
powdered rosin!
Comes in a bottle with a dropper. You don't even have to remove the
peg. You pull the peg out slightly, apply the rosin to both
pegs holes and put the peg back in and turn. It's that easy!
